Privacy & Refund Policy

Privacy & Customer Confidentiality is our top priority, aside from customer satisfaction. 

We access each of our customers' photos/videos upon reception of each order through a secure portal that we provide to our customers through a link when an order is received.

Once the customer has received their order and is satisfied, we permanently disregard all and any media provided to us from that customer.

Unless given written permission, no customer photos/videos or other media will be used in any of our marketing, social media sites, and/or any other Graphics by Allison platforms.

Refund/Exchange Policy 

We stand firm on customer satisfaction and will provide a full refund or exchange on any order within a 30-day window of order reception.
